The Other Partizan and Baccus Orders
We're gearing up for the other Partizan show which is coming up this weekend. Sadly, we've not been able to restock in full following a very busy show at Claymore, so if you know what you'd like to collect at Newark this Sunday, please do get in touch and let us know so that we can be sure to bring it for you.

Despite signing up for any updates we didn’t get any information on this at all until a couple of days ago, our contact at Sheffield Hallam University told us that they had just received the information that there was something going off. Even at this point, there are no published details of the times and points of road closures.
Shopping cart off line
We're facing a HUGE amount of work over the next few days in the run up to the Joy of Six. As a result I've had to turn the Baccus online ordering system off until this time next week.
We can still accept pre-orders for collection at JOS but you'll have to make them by phone or by email. To be honest if you know what you want I'd recommend that you do get in touch. It's going to be busy and we can't stock in too much depth.
On another, possibly happier note, given that we are looking at potential clash between the latter stages of the JOS and a certain football match, we are making contingency plans should our chaps knock more goals in to the net thing than those bods hailing from the Balkans this coming Wednesday.

JOS18 - Of Seminars and Sceptics
As I type this, there is just thirteen days before the Joy of Six 2018. Yes, less than two weeks before one of the best shows you will see on the Wargame circuit. On the last post I listed all the great games and traders that will be there on the day.
Joy of Six 2018
There is now less than a month to go to this year's Joy of Six and it really is looking like another outstanding show.

Various, Sundry and Diverse items
We're back from the beach desperately trying to clean the sand out of various crevices, nursing bad cases of simultaneous sunburn and trenchfoot (anyone who has ever been to a seaside holiday in the UK will understand how this can happen) and facing the distasteful prospect of all the work that's got to be done now we're back in something vaguely resembling reality.
We're entering a busy few weeks, so here's a few snippets of news and information.

Right here here at Baccus HQ we're getting all excited about going to the Seaside. Flip-flops, buckets and spade, suncream, dark glasses and waterproofs are all piled high ready for packing.
As a result, we'll be closing down operations for two weeks starting from 21st May until 2nd June. The shopping cart will not be accepting any order over this period.
We'll be leading up this sojourn with a visit to Partizan this weekend and I hope to see a few of you there.

New Releases - WW2 Artillery and our first tank!
Another week, another set of releases and this time it's a subject that has generated more correspondence, questions, demands and the odd threat than any other I can think of. Yes, we've got the very first of our WW2 artillery models and the first of our projected line of vehicles.
The British kick off the party with a 6pdr and the ever-popular 25pdr;
