The Great Big Pre-Joy of Six social bash

Riverside Kelham, Saturday 2 July, 7pm to 11pm

To mark our wedding that is taking place two weeks after the Joy of Six, Lindy and I have arranged a social ‘do’ on the Saturday night prior to the show. There is no disco or loud music, this is just a get-together.   This will replace the ‘Beer and Curry’ night that we usually host for those of you staying overnight in Sheffield.  We’ve got a venue located in Sheffield’s infamous Real Ale Valley, and we would love to see lots of you there. 

We have mentioned various buffet options and the one that seems to be the favourite is the BBQ. The price of this is £15pp and we will supply the pudding. You will need something to soak up the ale, as there will be lots of decent beer to purchase at reasonable Northern prices.

  • Hickory Smoke Beef Burgers or Vegan Unconventional Burger
  • Moss Valley Hot Dog or Vegan Moving Mountains Bratwurst
  • Crispy Bang Bang Chicken Strips
  • Salt and Pepper Corn on the Cob
  • Chunky Chips
  • Potato salad (VG)

 

 If you would like to come, please do get in touch with us by Friday 10th June, so that we can confirm numbers and any dietary requirements.

We will pay for the meals, and you can settle up with us on the night.

The do will take place at the Riverside Kelham, starting at 7pm and finishing at 11pm. The pub is located just off the city centre and is easy to get to by public transport, taxi or even on foot.
