I like the way you have captured the greenish tinge of the Russian uniforms. I have used Vallejo Middlestone to try for a similar effect. I have also seen photos of Russian re-enactors, where the exact shade of uniform varies from light dust through to the khaki green that you have used. Probably a bit too fiddly for 6mm. The scenarios came from 'Summer Harvest', one of the Eastern Front supplements to Great War Spearhead II. The two maps formed a continuous battlefield with 12 feet of tables.
