Thought that might catch someone's attention.   As I have said before, big plans for this range, which will be getting a new name as well as new sculpts.

Will the pikemen be available with open hands as well?

Fenton, we've decided to go with cast pike only.  There are a couple of reasons.  Firstly, this is going to be a big range as it stands.  We are extending variants and types far more than the current range as we will be covering the European conflict.   Offering headgear variants AND cast/open hand options was a set of moulds and codes too far.

Secondly Martin and myself have gone to a great deal of trouble to get the hand grips on the pike done correctly.  I looked at this and it would be impossible to offer and OH variant and retain this aspect of the figures.

Exactly my thoughts. I have always wanted a range of figures I can dedicate to the TYW.
