I think the intention is a limit per person who are active hobbyist. So if you place an order and your father places a separate order under his name that should be okay. Just send an email to Baccus and ask if it's okay or not.

Could you not share the order? You'd still get a reasonable pile of stuff to paint each and you can place the next order once you've been advised the current one has been despatched (or arrives).
