I gave up on TMP years ago. There is a site called Lead Adventure Forum which is like TMP.

Facebook has some good groups but not everyone likes Facebook.

group.io has taken over from the old Yahoo groups but most of those are fairly dead.

There is also 'WD3 Wargames Directory' and 'Wargames Forrum' both of which are not so active.

There are of course other forums connected with other figure manufacturers.

The Pendraken forum is pretty good for general wargaming too, and since they do 10mm figures, there isn't the ignorance about small scale figures that you find in some places.

I use The Wargames Website for that daily fix.

The Grauniad?

I tend to google a specific topic - there is always a blog/article/post somewhere - for example, that's how I found an excellent piece on how to paint large numbers of small-scale Celts quickly, and still make them look like individuals.

During lockdown I've been doing most of my reading/research whilst in particularly tedious (i.e. most) business meetings.
