UNIFORM GUIDES FOR THE SEVEN YEARS WAR This section has been started in response to requests from people who wanted to see a section on the uniforms of the Seven Years War based on the highly successful section on the Spanish Succession and Great Northern Wars. I am hoping that each nationality will attract a 'keeper'who will do the initial posting of the army guide and then be prepared to udpdate and amend as comments come in. This should become a forum for dissemination of information. It is not a playground for exercise of the ego or one-upmanship. The great thing about the Net is that it allows people from different nationalities to pool information. Much of my info is from Anglo or easily accessible sources. I know that I have customers who have bought in this period from all across Europe and I hope that they will be able to enlighten us with facts that may seem trivial to them but are of great value to everyone else. Do not worry if you do not know anything about graphics or web design. If you can handle a simple paint routine and word processor I will provide templates. All you will then need is a little time and effort. I am not looking for works of great depth or scholarship. These remain primarily painting guides for wargamers, and 6mm wargamers at that, so we do not need to know minutiae. Please
