Baccus basing system in vallejo

I dig the Baccus basing system, great theory behind it. I however have a whole lot of Vallejo paints. Has anyone converted the colors into Vallejo?

I developed my own system as I prefer not to use static grass or flock with 6mm.

Base material is Winsor and Newton Modelling Paste, with some areas given a sprinkling of sand. Once dry a base coat of Vallejo Tan Yellow, mixed with some wood glue to fix the sand. Next a generous coating of Games Workshop Seraphim Sepia wash. Next a damp brush of Vallejo Green Yellow and finally a dry brush of Vallejo buff.
