Hi, I'm putting together my English civil war collection and I really want a war poodle for Prince Rupert... any ideas where I can get one/proxy one?

If you have access to someone with a 3D resin printer then there are free STL files of poodles on Thingiverse. A file would need scaling down to suit 6mm figures. This means adjusting the height of the figure to the height you want but scaling the length and width dimensions less, so that the model has more 'body' for its height.

I've contacted a few professional printers and they all say that 6mm is too small and it would almost certainly fail to print. Shame. I'm hoping Peter sees this, takes pity and thinks hmmmm, war poodles ????

Robert Dunlop has done a lot of 6mm 3D-Printing for WWI, so this isn't true.

Got a generic dog from Perfect Six (used it on an ECW command base, coincidentally). Under the "3 Feet Rule", it looks like a dog. They appear to have recently expanded their livestock range, including chickens, which pleased my wife (no, I don't know why).
